GENERAL TERMS

INSURANCE:

Each shipment is carried out in accordance with CMR conditions (Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road).
Cargo insurance is never included in the transport price.

LOADING – UNLOADING – WAITING TIME:

We allow a loading and unloading time of fifteen minutes.

• For a load of less than 500 kg: From the 16th minute onward, an additional charge of €40.00/hour will be billed in 15-minute increments, starting from the first extra minute.
• For a load of more than 500 kg: From the 16th minute onward, an additional charge of €60.00/hour will be billed in 15-minute increments, starting from the first extra minute.

MULTIPLE PICKUPS FOR CAR, CADDY, AND CADDY+ TYPES:

For a single pickup with multiple delivery addresses, an additional charge of €16 per extra stop will apply.

MULTIPLE PICKUPS FOR VAN, SPRINTER, AND TRUCK TYPES:

For a single pickup with multiple delivery addresses, an additional charge of €29.90 per extra stop will apply.

CASH ON DELIVERY SHIPMENTS:

For check collection in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, an additional charge of €4.20 per shipment will apply.

BILLING:

For all types of orders (Express or Standard 24h00 shipments): invoicing is done bi-weekly or monthly.
Any invoice under €25 will be subject to an additional administrative fee of €6.90.

MULTIPLE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS:

A second delivery attempt will be considered as an additional shipment.
To avoid a second attempt, please provide the following details: correct address, opening hours, etc.

FUEL SURCHARGE:

Our prices will be indexed monthly based on the price index set by the Professional Union of Road Transporters (21 % in March 2025).

PAYMENT TERMS:

30 days from the invoice date.

VALIDITY:

Express or Standard 24H shipments: prices are always quoted excluding VAT, tolls, customs, duties, and taxes.
